HOW DO I TRACK MY ORDER?

You will receive order details by email once the product has been ordered/dispatched.

HOW DO I KNOW IF AN ITEM IS ELIGIBLE FOR RETURN?

We adopt a 2-day policy as long as the returned product/s are unused, unwashed, and returned with all original packaging and tags.

If a certain style is NOT eligible, it is mentioned on the product page itself.

Free gifts/products won or received in promotional offers, are not eligible for return.

WHAT ABOUT MY MONEY AFTER I RETURN MY ORDER?

You will get a credit voucher for the whole amount (COD fee excluded) you paid which is valid for 3 months.

WHAT IS THE PROCESS TO RETURN A PRODUCT?

It takes 5 quick steps to return a product:

Step 1: Request a return.
Step 2: We will verify your request.
Step 3: A reverse pick-up will be scheduled.
Step 4: You will receive a promotional voucher for the amount of the style/s returned.
Step 5: A size exchange equals a new order to be placed.

HOW LONG WILL IT TAKE TO PROCESS MY RETURN?

For domestic orders: 8 to 10 working days.
Currently we do not accept returns on international orders.

HOW LONG WILL IT TAKE TO DELIVER MY ORDER?

It will take 2-7 business days for your order to be delivered. Please get in touch with the Customer Delight Team for expedited delivery.

IS THERE AN ADDITIONAL SHIPPING CHARGE?

For domestic: Free shipping above Rs.1000.
For the Middle East, Singapore and Hong Kong: 600 INR is the flat shipping rate. Orders over 15000 INR do not carry a shipping fee. All customs and duty charges are paid-for.
For other countries: You will need to pay customs and duty as per the country you reside in, which will be on actuals. The same will need to be paid at the time of accepting the order.
